About this place
Tucked along Suzuran-dori in Sendagi, EZOTTORIA takes its culinary cues from the rich terroir of Hokkaido, serving Italian dishes grounded in northern produce and seafood. The counter-led dining room feels personal and close, where guests can relax while the owner-chef prepares each plate with focus.
A meal often begins with the assorted antipasto platter, an array of small plates featuring seafood such as flounder carpaccio alongside rich liver pâté. Each item shows deliberate care, encouraging that first sip of wine right from the start.
For a main course, the Yezo deer dishes are the natural draw. Carefully roasted or pan-seared sika venison retains its clean, wild character while bringing forward the meat's direct, savory depth.
To drink, daily rotating craft draft beers and wines are served alongside refreshing options like spritzers and limoncello sodas. For an extensive dinner, reserving the recommended Ezottoria omakase course lets the kitchen curate the progression, though booking a seat and assembling an à la carte spread works just as well.
A digestif such as grappa or arancello rounds out the meal, making for a quiet and satisfying finish to an evening in the Yanaka and Sendagi neighborhood.
